Randall began his quest for mastering his personal health by becoming an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.
Randall worked closely with Keith Kleven, Tiger Woods’ conditioning coach, to try to find the root of his mysterious shoulder issues. Not only did Keith discover the root of the shoulder issues he showed Randall several very unique ways to create power, flexibility, endurance and stability in the body for golf making him an expert if golf specific power conditioning.
After returning to competitive golf Randall still was not pleased with how inconsistent his body felt on a daily basis. He went to the Titleist Performance Institute where he met Dave Phillips and Greg Rose, the co-founders of the Titleist Performance Institute, who showed Randall how to reach his biomechanical potential. Randall went on to become a Certified Titleist Performance Institute Instructor where he became an expert in golf movement assessments.
